As promised, in this section I will try to make the breed closer to those
who already have had their first contacts with Azawakhs. For those who
have never been interested in these beautiful dogs this website shall be a
comprehensive and reliable source of information, I hope. Many of my
observations that I share on this site are based on the knowledge and
experience of Corine Lundqvist (Azawakhs de Garde-Epee) and Gabriel
Meissen (Tombouktous Azawakhs) whose websites I studied in depth.
Gréboun de Garde-Epee, Tarit's grandfather: World Winner 1995, French Champion, many CACIB in different countries (but could not be Int. Ch champion as there are not 3 gen. in the pedigree). He has got the cac and cacib in Madrid but is missing one cac for the championship. We left for US and then he was too old when we came back for trying the last one. He is also "Recommanded breeder" from the SCC (it's what you can see in the pedigree). It's evaluated on their show and coursing/racing results
"Al Hara Wasama" Al Hara Wasama. She was LSP CH (Lauréat Beauté-Performance: Beauty and Coursing championship title) and "recommanded breeder". She had several cacib and was finalist at the french coursing championship in 1995.
